The Riding area

• 1 glued laminated structure riding arena of 60m x 30m with fiber sand, of which 20x18m is surrounded by 1200-seat grandstands and equipped with a suspended structure (for spotlights) at a height of 6.50m. 

• 38 stables measuring 2.9m x 2.9m. 

• 1 tack room of 70m² with bathroom facilities.

  Cafeteria and Accommodations

• 10 studios, each measuring 20 m² with a wooden mezzanine (equipped with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a shower). 

• 1 cafeteria of 100m² equipped to standards (with furniture) and an outdoor terrace of 50m². 

• 2 changing rooms (Male and Female) with bathroom and shower facilities (with accessibility for people with reduced mobility). 

• 3 meeting rooms, each measuring 50 m². 

• 3 offices, each measuring 13m². 

• 1 reception area with a reception desk and offices. 

• 1 garage of approximately 210 m²

• Central gas heating 

• Double glazed aluminum joinery 

• Roller shutters for the studios 

• Wood cladding with zinc gutters and steel roofing 

• Patch panel and computer networks.

• On approximately 1,450m2, there are photovoltaic panels

The walker

Directly behind the main building there is the automated walker for 6 horses.

The lunging rings

There are at two longing rings. One is open and the Highlight was the covered place.  The open place have 16 m in diameter. The covered lunging have 20 m in diameter, lighting and is wonderfully suited for the free work with horses.

The small riding place 30 x 60 m below the main building. It stays directly beside Cross-Country distance.
