Near by the horseplace 2 there are two big barns.

2x hangars of 66m x 30m with concrete foundations, longitudinal beam, glued laminated structure, steel roof, and wooden cladding. 

Hangar n°1 with concrete slab flooring on 2000 m² and a raised concrete floor of 500 m²

Existence of emphyteutic leases with a third-party company until 2052 for the management of the photovoltaic system.

• Agricultural land with SAFER lease: 33 hectares

 • Land available for the "bas-bas" riding area: approximately 10 hectares

 • Land available for the covered riding area: approximately 40 hectares (with a 1,500m² lake for irrigation of the quarries).
